“How do I find my calling?” -  Does this question inspire you or fill you with anxiety and pain? Have you ever considered that many people might feel relief if this question were removed altogether? Often, the idea of a calling brings fear: fear of failure, fear of not being who you want to be, fear of never discovering it, fear of falling short. Could it be that a calling is more of a burden than a blessing? It weighs us down. We fear failure and shy away from pain. We are overly sensitive - a common tendency in modern life. The question of calling can feel heavy because it requires effort and a certain adventurous spirit. (...)

Calling is not about what you do, the position you hold in society, how much you earn, how many friends you have, or how popular and well - liked you are on social media. Calling is about what creates a sense of wholeness within you. It’s about resisting the urge to imitate others, avoiding the temptation to follow trends or pursue a fashionable career. A calling is about the feeling of meaning and fulfillment, about the ability to “fill yourself up” and enrich those around you. (...)

At first, I thought compromises were possible in life: engaging in things that didn’t interest me, trying to please others, or taking a “pragmatic” path. But I realized that this was a mistake. What I do must not destroy me from within. (...)

Nature has placed something within each person that naturally inclines them toward one sphere or another. However, discovering talent is a more complex process: it requires experimentation, self-testing, and a space for exploration. We must identify what brings us inner satisfaction. This is a crucial step toward self - awareness. Every task, no matter how small or mundane, should contribute to our development and inner contentment. While many things in life require effort, it’s important to recognize that such effort is necessary for achieving personal integrity.
