Am I the creator of my own life?

How to check if you are the subject, meaning a person who consciously creates their life based on an inner sense of authentic "self," rather than choices dictated by external circumstances? There are four criteria that indicate whether a person controls reality, or if reality controls them:

- Functionality - I act and achieve results. If I am the subject, my actions lead to clear, tangible outcomes. If small mistakes are repeatedly made, it suggests internal disinformation or inattention to reality. If I lose an item or make an error in performing a simple task, it means I am "not present."

- Vitality Criterion - inner strength and energy. If I am the subject, I feel physically and emotionally strong and vibrant. If I lack energy, it may be because I have lost my inner axis and am being thrown off balance by external influences.

- Unity of thoughts, feelings, and behavior. When I am the subject, my thoughts, feelings, and actions align with each other. If I experience inner conflict (thinking one thing, feeling another, and acting differently), it suggests external influence.

- Happy “coincidences”. When I am the subject, life flows naturally, and I find myself in the right place at the right time. If I often experience unsuccessful coincidences (missing important opportunities, encountering constant obstacles), it indicates that I am not the subject – I am misinterpreting reality and cannot make the right decisions.
